Enough About the Oscars

For those of us who will likely never win an Oscar, that's OK! Watching the Oscars made me so aware of all of the people who are doing all the things to make the film "Oscar Nomination" worthy. I thought of all the amazing people I get to interview who are making a difference and doing amazing things who will never get an Oscar. Yet their work is as valuable!!! You are enough you matter!!!
